Non-Refundable Rate
- This rate requires prepayment of 100% of the booking.
- In case of cancellation, 100% of the cost will be charged. If a no-show occurs or the cancellation takes place on the day of arrival, 100% of the booking amount will also be charged.
Flexible Rate 7 days
- A 30% advance payment of the booking will be required.
- Cancellation is free up to 6 days in advance, with a full refund of the deposit. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival, a 30% fee will apply.
- In case of no-show or cancellation on the same day of arrival, 100% of the costs will apply.
Flexible Rate 14 days
- A 50% advance payment of the booking will be required.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days in advance, with a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 days and 1 day in advance will incur a 50% charge.
- In case of no-show or cancellation on the same day of arrival, 100% of the costs will apply.
Taxes
All prices include Andorra's IGI (General Indirect Tax), currently 4.5%. No additional taxes will be applied to the price shown unless expressly stated during the booking process, for example, for a security deposit or additional services.
Tourist tax
- The tourist tax in Andorra applies to guests aged 16 and over.
- The price quoted by the establishment is €2.09 per person per night, with a maximum of €14.63 per person per stay.
Payment methods
Reservations can be paid for by credit card. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Arrival and departure
Vista Arinsal Apartments operates on a self-check-in basis and does not have a physical reception. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Access codes and apartment numbers are sent by email prior to arrival.
